Logistics service provider Partner Logistics comes into US hands. Lineage Logistics, a major player in the field of cold and frozen storage, acquires the company.
Partner Logistics announced this on its website, adding six automated warehouses and a cold store in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
Partner Logistics expects to achieve growth through the acquisition. "We look forward to becoming part of Lineage and increasing the opportunities for growth and expansion of our range of services," said Duco Buijze, ceo of Partner Logistics. The company will eventually also carry the Lineage name. The takeover will have no consequences for staff, and the amount involved is unknown.
