At the LogiMAT trade show, Doosan Bobcat showed the prototype of the B18NT electric forklift. This 3-wheel forklift comes with a lithium battery ex-factory. The B18NT forklift is an eco-model to meet the growing demand for electric forklifts. Bobcat is curious to hear the market reaction to this prototype to see if improvements can be made to the final model.

In addition, Bobcat showed the new B100NS forklift, part of the company's recently launched range of counterbalanced, high-capacity electric forklifts. These new products in the 6 to 10-tonne range offer industrial users a wide range of heavy-duty but environmentally friendly forklifts with zero emissions and low noise levels.

The recently launched B80NS and B100NS heavy-duty electric forklifts with capacities of 8 and 10 tonnes respectively offer enhanced features, higher power and performance for companies in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, foundries, building materials trade, transport and warehousing.

Hydrogen forklift

Another highlight of the LogiMAT stand was the concept of the latest hydrogen-powered B30X-7 Plus forklift. The B30X-7 Plus forklift was on display in the Bobcat products section and is being developed for the Bobcat product portfolio.

Hydrogen-powered forklifts offer longer operating times and can be refuelled quickly. For warehouses, which work in shifts, the hydrogen-powered forklift is an interesting option to reduce the carbon footprint while offering long operating times without long recharging times.
