Cikam B.V. stops as a distributor of Weber's labelling systems after fifty years. Since the end of July, the labelling activities have again been in the hands of Weber Marking Systems.
By divesting the labelling division, Cikam wants to focus on the cash handling division. "We now have 73 years of experience in this field. We would like to further expand this specialism in the coming years. Among other things, by adding electronic payment instruments to our portfolio," says Andrew Citroen, Cikam's managing director. "This will allow us to grow from a specialist in cash handling to a total supplier of payment solutions."
The labelling division now falls under Weber Marking Systems, one of the world's leading manufacturers of labelling and coding solutions. Weber is part of the Bluhm Weber Group, which accounts for annual sales of more than 250 million euros.
