Fruit and vegetable specialist Hoogsteder Groep centralises its commercial and logistics operations in Bleiswijk. There, the subsidiary of The Greenery is moving into an 8,000-square-metre distribution centre.
Real estate specialist WDP is developing the distribution centre at the Prisma Bedrijvenpark in Bleiswijk. Construction of the logistics centre will start in the summer of 2018. After completion in the second quarter of 2019, the Hoogsteder Group will rent the distribution centre on a ten-year lease.
WDP and The Greenery are intensifying their cooperation with this move. The real estate specialist is also developing properties for The Greenery in Breda and Barendrecht. Together, these locations account for an area of 100,000 square metres.
