Carrier Dynalogic repeatedly fails to honour transport agreements. Radio programme Radar reportedly received complaints from many consumers about the services of Dynalogic, which delivers products for online shops such as bol.com, Coolblue and Wehkamp.
Consumers raised the alarm with Radar Radio about the carrier's service. Delivery appointments would not be met, even after they have already been rescheduled. In some cases, products even get lost. Calling customer service costs 45 euro cents per minute and does not always provide additional information. According to consumer rights lawyer Bregje Krijnen, such call charges have not been allowed since June 2014 and Dynalogic unjustly charges high fees.
Radar inquired with online shops Wehkamp and Bol.com. They acknowledged the complaints and attributed them to the warm weather and the crowds around Whitsun and Ascension. Dynalogic responded in writing to Radar's broadcast. According to the carrier, there was a "tsunami of e-commerce orders due to the long weekends (Ascension and Pentecost), the fact that many people have received their holiday pay and the nice weather". "We have not experienced a peak like this before," the company said. The transport company could not handle the rush, but says the backlog has almost been cleared.
