The Euro-Rhine Group has taken a stake in Circular Plastics. With its experience in retail logistics, Euro-Rijn Group expects to play an important role in the further development of logistics solutions for the circular economy.

Euro-Rijn Group is a partnership of mainly logistics companies from Moerdijk. To further strengthen the sustainable and innovative character of the group, Euro-Rijn Group has partnered with Cirular Plastics.

Circular Plastics operates according to a consortium model in which different professionals
collaborate on sustainable packaging solutions to reduce the use of single-use packaging and scarce raw materials. Circular Plastics focuses in particular on shipping and packaging solutions for horticulture, ornamentals and fruit and vegetables.

With Euro-Rijn Group's experience in retail logistics (with Euro-Rijn XL Logistics) and plastics (with Rotterdam Polymer Hub), the two parties aim to make a significant contribution to the further expansion of the circular economy.

Besides Euro-Rijn Group, Circular Plastics' partners include Container Systems, Koninklijke Paardekooper Group, Kras Recycling Group and Fresco Flowers.
