Agroup of seven ICT suppliers has created its own association. The Dutch Association of Logistics and Transport IT Suppliers (DALTI) is to promote cooperation and knowledge sharing between ICT players in the logistics market.
DALTI was founded for ICT suppliers of hardware and/or software for logistics processes. The association aims to provide these suppliers with a platform to better cooperate, share knowledge and network. A first kick-off meeting will be organised at the end of September.
"Developments follow each other at lightning speed and to be able to keep up with these developments, but certainly also to make a constructive contribution as ICT suppliers to the improvement of the ICT landscape in the transport and logistics sector, it is time for an 'own' association of ICT suppliers," said René Knapen, chairman of DALTI.
Initiators of DALTI are René Knapen (TANS, chairman), Jan Timmerman (Centric, vice-chairman), Jitske Brink (Filogic, treasurer), Frank Kindt (Aventeon, secretary), Twan Goossens (Mobicoach), Roderick Rodenburg (Synple) and Roderick Verhoef (Rainbow Solutions).
