Jungheinrich supplies Motip Dupli Group with a fully automated pallet warehouse. The building is located next to the production site of manufacturer Motip Dupli Group in Wolvega, where Jungheinrich is realising several automated warehouse cranes, the infeed and outfeed conveyors and the system software.

The warehouse covers an area of 2,950 square metres, is 18 metres high and has 10,000 pallet spaces. Double-deep storage is used in the warehouse. Storage is divided into three aisles, accounting for 6,000 pallet spaces. In the near future, storage may be expanded by two more aisles, creating an additional 4,000 pallet spaces.

Jungheinrich is also implementing a WMS in the warehouse. The software takes care of controlling the automatic warehouse cranes and conveyors. " Our WMS enables Motip Dupli Group to automate other parts of its internal logistics in the future," Jungheinrich said on its website.

The aerosol manufacturer's premises store raw materials, semi-finished and finished products. The production facilities are directly connected to the hall of the new warehouse. Motip Dupli Group has set itself the goal of doubling production in Wolvega within a few years. The new warehouse should facilitate in this growth.
