The Lubbers Logistics Group has installed reflective, magnetic protective corners in its storage areas and warehouses at home and abroad. The transporter in the gas and oil drilling industry aims to improve workplace safety by installing the protective corners.
The protective corners come from the company MagProtect and feature a magnet that ensures they stay in place. The product can be attached to any structure and not only protects against sharp corners, but also provides clear marking for drivers thanks to reflective foil and bright colour. "The protective corner prevents damage to products and equipment and also ensures that passers-by and our drivers do not injure themselves. Marking and protection are required by law and we too naturally want to comply with modern safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for our employees."
The protective corners have been on the market for two years and are now used in more than 30 countries by companies in the steel processing, transport and logistics and construction industries.
