Marcopak and Empack will continue together under the name Empack. This was decided by Jaarbeurs Utrecht and easyFairs. This will leave only one annual packaging fair for packaging professionals.
To still give these professionals sufficient opportunity to meet each other, Empack Utrecht will from now on last 3 days, with a longer build-up time. From 2016, Empack will be held in Utrecht in the even-numbered years, and in Den Bosch in the odd-numbered years. The event, like other years, will take place in spring.
