Fewer loads went missing last year. This is according to the police's Transport Crime Report 2014. The number of completed cargo thefts in 2014 was 185, down 23 per cent from a year earlier. The police explain the falling figures by cooperating with OM and other public and private parties such as EVO, TLN and the V&J Ministry. Transport crime, which includes cargo and vehicle theft, are included in the remit of the National Unit's Infrastructure Department.
