Rob Schram has been appointed Managing Director at MotracLinde. Schram replaces Erik van Leeuwenstijn, formerly general manager of both MotracLinde and German Linde dealer Pelzer Fördertechnik GmbH. Van Leeuwenstijn is stepping down from his position at MotracLinde to focus fully on the German Linde dealership.
Schram has held various positions with the Volvo group since 1998. In his last position, he was Managing Director of Bas Truck Center. "There he ensured optimal service for its customers in the transport and logistics sector," MotracLinde said in a press release.
There was also a changing of the guard in the Sales department, with Geurt de Groot starting as Sales Director at MotracLinde from 1 May. De Groot, from Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe, is responsible for the entire sales organisation, taking over the positions of Joop Uijlen (Director Key Accounts & Solutions) and Mathijs Korthals Altes (Manager Sales & Fleet).
