Schenker Logistics BeNeLux has appointed Nicole Biesheuvel as Head of Fairs, Events & Special Products. She succeeds Lars Pohlmann, who has made the move to DB Schenker Regional Head Office Europe.
Biesheuvel will have responsibility at Schenker for a fast-growing business unit within the Benelux organisation. She will also join the Cluster Management Team. "The passion for logistics is in my blood. In recent years, I have gained broad knowledge and experience in all modalities, but no modality is as complex and challenging as trade fair logistics," Biesheuvel said.

As a logistics service provider, DB Schenker is an official trade fair distributor for several trade fair centres worldwide. "That we do our job well is demonstrated by the renewal of our partnership with RAI Amsterdam, the contract concluded last year with Jaarbeurs Utrecht and the recently concluded cooperation agreement with Rotterdam Ahoy. Globally, we are present at all major exhibition locations with DB Schenker offices. That makes us a strategic partner with extensive local knowledge."
