Reesink Logistic Solutions is merging the operating companies AM, Lalesse and Reesink Logistic Solutions into one organisation with a new brand name: Syncore. From 1 June 2026, Syncore will be led by Machiel van den Hazelkamp, who currently holds the position of CCO/COO. He succeeds Gert Bossink, Syncore's current CEO.

The introduction of Syncore comes at a time when warehouse operations are becoming increasingly complex and performance-oriented. With increasing automation and changing supply chains, companies need partners that design, implement and maintain integrated solutions throughout their lifecycle. Syncore brings together the expertise of its companies to meet this growing demand.

The three companies have been part of Reesink Logistic Solutions since 2017 and have worked together as one organisation for many years in designing, realising and maintaining automation solutions. With the introduction of Syncore, this unity is now also clearly visible in both the organisation and the market proposition.

"For our customers, this move creates clarity and focus," says Gert Bossink, CEO of Syncore. "We were already operating as one integrated organisation. With Syncore, we make that unity visible and strengthen our position as a partner for warehouse automation."

One organisation

Internally, the transition to Syncore further intensifies collaboration between sales, engineering, project realisation, software and service across all locations. Teams and expertise remain, but responsibilities and collaboration have been streamlined to support a more customer-focused, end-to-end way of working.

The Syncore brand reflects the evolution from a technology supplier to a customer-focused solution partner. Here, leading automation technologies such as AutoStore, Movu and Geek+ are integrated into appropriate intralogistics solutions.

Stronger together

All ongoing projects, contracts and service agreements remain unchanged. Local teams and trusted contacts remain active, ensuring continuity for customers. Engineering, software, realisation and service remain fully integrated within one clear structure and proposition.

With over 850 automation projects worldwide and more than 200 AutoStore installations in Europe, Syncore combines proven expertise in integrated logistics solutions, self-developed software and long-term operational support. This forms a solid foundation for scalable and future-proof performance.

"For our customers, it's all about performance," says Machiel van den Hazelkamp, Syncore's current CCO/COO and future CEO. "With Syncore, we bring together design, realisation and long-term support to ensure that their operations run reliably every day."
