Roll-on/roll-off container specialist Hoza
Logistic Solutions is being acquired by supplier Rotom Europe and
KeBoolders Investments. Following the takeover, Hoza Logistic Solutions will continue to operate under its own brand name as
independent company.
The two parties are acquiring all the shares from the former financial
shareholders. The acquiring party, KeBoolders Investments, is owned by Klaas B. Oolders, who previously worked at Hoza as commercial director. Hoza’s management now consists of Oolders. Director Frits
Visser has stepped down.
Hoza specialises in the development and manufacture of roll containers and
has its own engineering and prototyping department. “We’re already heavily
business in roll containers, but we usually outsource production to China or Eastern
Europe; with Hoza, we can now also manufacture in-house,
and serve the high-end market,” said Arjan Kuiper, CEO of Rotom
Europe. Rotom specialises in supplying logistics equipment to
companies in the transport and storage sectors. Following the acquisition of Hoza, Rotom will achieve
a turnover of approximately 100 million euros. The company will then have 400 employees,
125 of whom are based in the Netherlands.
