Registration for the Dutch preliminary round of the International HeftruckCup is open. During this preliminary round, organised by MotracLinde, forklift drivers from all over the country compete against each other to become the best forklift driver in the Netherlands. The three best forklift drivers will compete in the International Stapler Cup in Germany.
The Dutch preliminary round will take place on Saturday 2 July at MotracLinde's premises in Zwijndrecht. Forklift drivers will be tested on their driving skills, speed, safety and agility. They will alternate between driving a forklift and a reach truck.
Stapler Cup in Germany
The best three Dutch forklift drivers will win a cash prize and qualify for the International Linde Forklift Cup (The Stapler Cup) in Germany. This competition started 10 years ago as a German championship, but has grown into an international event with some 20,000 spectators.
