Logistics service provider CTS Group wants to introduce young talent to the various facets of logistics. With its Talent Plan programme, it puts young people to work in various departments within the company for two years, so that they can find out where their interests and talents lie.

Unlike a traineeship for university graduates, Talent Plan is aimed at talented young people who have just completed secondary education, senior secondary vocational or higher vocational education. Young people who do not yet know what further education they want to do can also apply to the logistics service provider from Nieuw-Vennep.

Over a period of up to two years, the so-called Talent Planners work in various departments within the company and find out what they are good at and what they like and don't like, while earning money directly.

The logistics service provider's Talent Plan has three directions: Office, Driver and Warehouse. After the young people have completed the programme, there is the possibility of a permanent position in the CTS office or as a driver.
