As of this week, Globis and Yellowstar Solutions are officially software partners of iSHARE. Logistics companies that
wish to join iSHARE’s ‘network of trust’ and, within it,
share data seamlessly can do so through these partners.

The iSHARE agreement system, initiated by the Top Sector Logistics, enables logistics companies to share data in a uniform and controlled way. Crucial to iSHARE is that the owner of the data decides what happens to it. They decide which data can and cannot be shared and who can and cannot receive that data.

Implementation and Software Partners

The agreement system was established in early 2018, with iSHARE designating Electronic Commerce Solutions International (ECS) and UC Group as its first international implementation partners in September. Now it is expanding with software partners Globis and Yellowstar. Both parties were already involved in the development of the appointment system. They will now provide the technical software modifications required to become iSHARE participants.

'SMEs can be supported by software partners'

“We are delighted with the momentum iSHARE is generating amongst
software companies operating in the logistics sector, and of course with these first
software partners,” says Eefje van der Harst, iSHARE Project Manager. “We are currently working on a programme to further expand our collaboration with
new and existing partners. We believe this is the path to
full adoption. SMEs in particular can benefit from the support provided by our
software partners.”
