What? As Account Manager Logistics, you are responsible for several large-scale B2B trade fairs and the associated online platforms in the logistics sector.
Where? In the centre of Utrecht, next to Central Station and within walking distance of the bustling city centre.
Why? Jaarbeurs creates inspiring, valuable encounters and experiences. This is expressed in more than 90 events and over 8,000 meetings for 2.3 million visitors per year. We also have 13 online B2B platforms.
When: as soon as possible for 38 hours a week.
The Logistics Account Manager in action
Together with your colleagues, you grow the Logistics segment. And preferably considerably so! You are jointly responsible for three titles within the Logistics segment. You do this offline for Logistica and ICT & Logistiek, online for Logistiekprofs. So you know the developments in the segment and within the client group you focus on inside and out. You even dream about it. You build your own network in no time and know how to make the right connections. Making maximum use of the entire Jaarbeurs portfolio, with a 365-day strategy as your goal.
The Account Manager in action
You acquire new customers in the Logistics segment and steer towards a long-term relationship.
You translate customer needs into physical, digital and cross-media solutions.
You maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and networks.
You are a professional discussion and business partner who has an answer to everything.
You draw up your own ambitious sales plan.
Must haves
As Account Manager Logistics, you think along with the market and customer needs. You are creative and open-minded, decisive and results-oriented. You are also very curious, and look beyond the boundaries of your own business unit to create the best solution for your customer. Integral and cross-medial. This is how you develop the segment and yourself!
And further:
- HBO working and thinking level;
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a commercial environment;
- Experience within and/or knowledge of the (internal) logistics sector is an advantage.
