Young logistics talent Jeroen Provoost started his logistics career at De Efteling. He has since swapped the amusement park for an assignment at Defence via Yacht. The JLT finalist sees connecting people and departments within an organisation as his greatest talent.
From Yacht, Provoost was initially seconded for one year. In the Mission Support Systems Green (MOS Groen) department, he worked on a number of improvement projects. After a year, Provoost decided to extend his assignment and implement the working methods across Defence. "The knowledge is in house here, the people are already here. By getting the right people at the right table, you challenge each other."
